This week in our clinic we are focused on the patient visit. What goes into a regular patient visit that makes it successful? Well first the patient wants to be heard. How is their health changing with your treatments? Document the changes and then assess their condition. Do the treatmment and add value by explaining what you found and what they should do to help themselves. Have a plan to follow up for future sessions and schedule those. And ask for referrals if you want them passing out four cards to the patient to hand to their friends. Make sure your staff is on board by focuing on the needs of the patient, being empathetic, and being clear communicating the fee, teh next appointment and anything else that can add value like your social media posts.
